Fort Lauderdale, FL – Today it was confirmed that Bill McCollum has been using the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) as his own personal piggy bank at the expense of Marco Rubio and down ballot candidates in the general election. The RPOF’s latest federal campaign finance account, which funds get-out-the vote efforts, voter registration drives and staff salaries has dwindled to less than $54,000 while Bill McCollum’s insider friends and Tallahassee powerbrokers at RPOF have funneled nearly $4 million dollars to Bill McCollum in a hotly contested primary, $750,000 of that coming just last week.
“The Republican Party of Florida, directed by Bill McCollum and his allies, has completely mismanaged this primary election. In their desperation to defeat me and hang onto power, they undemocratically cleared the field of other candidates and have since used the Republican Party as Bill McCollum’s personal piggy bank funneling close to $4 million to his campaign at the expense of Marco Rubio and our legislative candidates,” said Scott at a campaign stop in Jacksonville today.
Without the First Amendment, we would not have Col. Allen West.. Without Col. Allen West, we may not have the First Amendment..
Every person in the US should turn their eyes to this man. Principled, honest, kind, highly intelligent, integrity, values humanity, “FEARLESS”, wise, understands strategy, comprehends the core issues, understands that everyone needs to be productive and that handouts cripple the soul, and above all that, he is trustworthy. You don’t find an individual of this caliber everyday.
We need real Patriots like Allen West. But I’m sure the GOP will run the same old same old…Romney, Huckabee, Gingrich.
We need leaders who can inspire their people to hang in there during the difficult times. Color = irrelevant, Principle = highly prized, Lt Colonel Allen West = premier leader
Allen West knows what America is up against when looking holistically at Islam for what it is.
Most of our politicians have no “Idea” about the Quran and Sharia Law etc., except our “ROOKIE” Commander in Chief .
Have you read any books about Islam?
You better start reading and get to know your enemy!
America needs this man in Congress or in the White House.

The Party is over for Gov Crist.

Rubio’s name recognition has grown in recent months and he is now viewed Very Favorably by 34% of Likely Primary Voters.
Governor Charlie Crist and former state House Speaker Marco Rubio are now tied in the 2010 race for the Republican Senate nomination in Florida.
A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of likely GOP Primary voters finds Crist and Rubio each with 43% of the vote. Five percent (5%) prefer another candidate, and nine percent (9%) are undecided.
MIAMI — Tomás Regalado easily defeated Joe Sanchez on Tuesday to become Miami’s next mayor, after promising voters a “back to basics” approach focused on improving city services and reining in developers.
With 113 of 128 precincts reporting in the nonpartisan election, Mr. Regalado led Mr. Sanchez, a fellow Republican, 72 percent to 28 percent. Mr. Regalado, a 62-year-old city commissioner, has been a constant critic of past administrations, including that of the current mayor, Manuel A. Diaz.
In a sign of the mood across much of recession-ravaged Florida, Mr. Regalado characterized his victory as a repudiation of grand plans — like those of Mr. Diaz, who could not run again because of term limits after eight years of tackling big projects from condominium towers downtown to a new baseball stadium. He also promised to rid the city of several Diaz hires, including the police chief, John Timoney.
“We’re going to recover our city and the confidence of our residents,” Mr. Regalado said in his victory speech. “And we will do it by not wasting money.”
His victory, however, also seemed to be defined by low turnout. Just over 20 percent of Miami’s 177,000 registered voters cast ballots. In the final weeks of the campaign, Mr. Regalado focused on his core constituency, elderly Hispanics, who appear to have come out strongly in his favor.
Mr. Sanchez, a 44-year-old city commissioner, campaigned on the streets, exhaustively. He regularly bragged about visiting 7,000 homes, losing 18 pounds and going through three pairs of shoes since the start of his campaign.
But it was not enough. In the end, voters appear to have seen his record of support for Mr. Diaz as a liability, though in his concession speech he emphasized that his campaign was about giving Miami “another option.”
Miami, FL – Marco Rubio for U.S. Senate today released the following web video highlighting Governor Charlie Crist’s record of support for President Barack Obama’s $787 billion stimulus.
Obama admitted that Charlie is his favorite Republican.
Vote for Marco Rubio, he is a true conservative.
Florida Gov. Charlie Crist is taking his climate change agenda to a new, global level.
Crist will be a featured speaker – along with actor Brad Pitt, media mogul Ted Turner and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair – at a major climate change event in New York today hosted by former President Bill Clinton. And that’s just the beginning of a series of assignments over the next six weeks that will take Crist and members of his cabinet to Latin America and Europe.
“I think it’s indicative of the larger pattern of what the governor is engaging in,” said Jerry Karnas, Florida climate project director for Environmental Defense. “It’s only been two months since the governor’s climate change summit and a gale force policy wind has erupted across the state of Florida.”
In his first state of the state address in March, Crist boldly promised he would put Florida “at the forefront of the growing world-wide movement to reduce greenhouse gases.”
Crist is a climate-change worrywart who wants to cap Florida’s carbon emissions.
He appeared at a rally with Barack Obama promoting the $787 billion stimulus that got no votes from House Republicans and only three from Republican senators.
